The objective study was analyze antibacterial activity ethanol extract Pluchea on growth faecalis. Methods: This research experimental laboratory post test only control design, using disk diffusion method. There were five concentrations (2.5, 3.5, 4.5, 5.5 6.5%, positive controls, negative controls. Data analysis performed Way Anova Hoc test. Results: has moderate-strong against largest diameter inhibitory zone in at concentration 6.5% followed mutans gingivalis same smallest inhibition 2.5% concentration. Conclusion: 2.5, 5.5, inhibiting
